What is your refund policy? Once software is downloaded a refund cannot be given.

What do I need to be able to use this stuff?
Kits and Elements: You will need a paint program that can open .png files and .jpg files such as Adobe Photoshop,
Photoshop Elements or Corel Paint Shop Pro for graphical elements and packs.
Actions and Templates: Our Photoshop actions have been tested with Adobe Photoshop 7 and newer. You will need an English language version of
Adobe Photoshop 7, Adobe Photoshop CS or Adobe Photoshop CS2. The Elements Effects versions have been tested in the English language Photoshop Elements 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0. They will probably not work in other languages, because the default layers are not named the same.
Do I get my items immediately? Most customers do.
However, when you pay with PayPal using the “eCheck” option (as apposed to a credit card or your “PayPalBalance”),
there will be a delay of 3-5 days for most U.S. bank accounts (longer for non-U.S. bank accounts) before you are able to
download your items from Atomic Cupcake. Please check back and log into Atomic Cupcake to see if your check has cleared.
How do I unzip files? All files from Atomic Cupcake are compressed in .zip files. This allows for many files to be into a single download and reduces the time necessary to download files. Before you are able to use the items from Atomic Cupcake, you’ll first need to uncompress the files (or “unzip” them). If you are using Windows XP, this functionality is already built into your computer. Simply right-click on the .zip file and select “Extract All…” You will be given a window that walks you through the simple process. There are also many .zip tools on the Internet that you can download that come with instructions. There is a free trial period for WinZip (www.winzip.com) and FilZip (www.filzip.com) is completely free although a donation is recommended for their work.
What's a Photoshop action?These items are little scripts that perform a series of tasks for you in Photoshop or Photoshop Elements with the click of a button or two. They can be used commercially, so you can make your own kits and other items for sale with them. Instructions are included, so download a free one and try it out.
Why don't the actions work in PaintShopPro? Or DIP, etc.? An action is basically a list of steps that Photoshop programs can read all by themselves. Since the steps are called different things in other programs, other programs cannot read them.
